Q. What kind of vehicles do you offer?
A. Visit the vehicle link for a full display and description of our fleet. Our entire fleet consists of the latest models with the highest level of amenities and luxury possible.
Q. How do I find my chauffeur once I arrive?
A. Your uniform chauffeur will be in a dark suit and red tie. He/she will be holding a sign with your name or your company name at the concourse or baggage claim. In case you can’t locate your driver, please call our toll free number and our staff will immediately assist you.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. Depending on the type of vehicle and reservation, the cancellation time can vary from 3 to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. After this, it will be considered a late-cancellation and subject to the full rate as the driver and vehicle have already been dispatched to your pickup.
Q. How do I make reservations?
A. Reservations can be made 24 hours, 365 days a year, by e-mail at info@key-transportation.com by calling our offices at 305-751-5005.
